Jeffrey Howell, Esq. is a real estate attorney based in Orange County, California.  Jeff’s experience in real estate includes his work in the title insurance industry holding a position as Vice President and Associate Counsel with Fidelity National Title Group.  Jeff is also a licensed California real estate broker with experience working in domestic and international real estate transactions.

Jeff is one of only a few attorneys accredited through the US Green Building Council (USGBC) for its Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Green Building Rating System.

As a LEED Accredited Professional® (LEED AP) Jeff understands the technical aspects of project certification under LEED standards and has the ability to identify legal issues that arise during the certification process.  He is also familiar with government regulations and policy mandates affecting green building and construction.
